I make every effort to ship next business
day after payment CLEARS. No delivery date will be promised. I can
quote a ship date but I cannot be responsible for delivery.
If you are mailing a payment you
MUST
include a list of what you are ordering.
Shipping
is done mainly via Priority USPS Mail. I have
UPS, FedEx,
and DHL accounts and use them when it saves money. If you have a preferred
carrier please let me know and I will quote for that carrier. I can ship on your
account if required but I charge a MINIMUM $20 packing fee, more for large
items. I pack very well and ship super fast most orders ship next business day.
I do NOT have a loading dock. Freight
shipping requires a lift gate and for large items a pallet hand truck.
I am zoned residential - often extended rural please inform your carrier of
these items to insure an accurate freight quote.
If you require UPS please be aware......
I am now classified rural and can no longer justify the higher daily pick up
fees. Each package costs $8 just to have UPS to collect a
package. That is in addition to the normal costs and extra fuel
surcharges.
Insurance is extra if desired, else at your
risk. Insurance claims will be paid
what I receive... NO MORE NO LESS... I will do everything I can to recover the
full amount but am subject to the shippers claims process.
Most meters ship in a custom made foam box
insert***,
insured, for $25 east coast / $30 west coast your choice UPS ground
or Priority mail. Any elements or small items ship at no extra cost with a
meter.
***Unless
you order a case, then they are shipped in that case inside another box.
New meters are shipped in the original bird box inside another box.
Small items 1 Pound and under are shipped
priority mail for $9. Items over a
pound require a zip code to give a shipping quote. Orders paid with paypal
that total $200+ must be insured.
I am NOT responsible for item delivery or
the lack of. Your phone number is suggested by all shippers but if you
don't supply one I can't give it to the shipper. I ship promptly but what the
post office or other carrier does with it, is then out of my hands.
Insurance is a good idea..... I will ONLY refund the amount I get from the
insurance payment. So if an item is lost or damaged you MUST help.
If I don't get the insurance you do NOT get a refund.
