   Elements on a BLUE background are tested good and look UGLY

I used to send all of these to a repair / recalibration lab.  They recently VOIDED my contract and NOW refuse my business.

I get elements that don't test good and I cannot fix them properly RED BACKGROUND. 

You can BUY them for a reasonable price but there are NO returns on these RED and BLUE.   

I could sell them for more money on eBay "AS-IS" but I do NOT do business like that.

I would rather be honest and have a happy informed customer......
