I have reduced the prices on the CDI elements on this page....  I have been selling more of them lowering my end costs so I am passing the savings back to the end buyer.

Bird has issued a price increase as of Sept 1 2007.  

The H series prices have increased substantially.   The new list price for 50H, 100H, 250H, 500H, and 1000H elements is $163 each.  I am selling them for $155 at this time which is still below list. The 2500H and 5000H elements are now listing for $247, my current price on them is $230.

I do not have large amount is inventory, just a few of each.  I had the chance to "stock up" but I don't feel these are going to sell at the new prices.  

The Coaxial Dynamics has also increased some of their prices as of Sept 01 2007 ( I was not informed until October 05) CDI elements are still a much better deal.  They are 100% interchangeable is a bird 43 or CDI meter.

Prices are determined with a formula involving prior selling prices, current stock, and cosmetic condition. Element stock changes quickly please verify the element is still in inventory before doing paypal.
