I am not a calibration lab = All Meters are checked at 144MHz with 25Watts Only. 

Elements are checked in a ham band.

Used Bird 43 style meters are shipped  in a, form fitting, cushion made with instapak quick foam bags ‡ (in the US).   I use a dummy meter to form the foam so YOUR meter never sees the pressure or heat. Also included with every 43 are a dummy slug to protect the pointer and a copy of the manual (Unless otherwise noted).  New meters are shipped it the bird box unless noted.  ‡ All meters ordered with a hard case are shipped it the hard case. I pack very well please check my ebay feedback ID = ka3art5.

I will swap QC connectors to what you need.  You must ask prior to shipping.

ALL Meters are TESTED at 25Watts on 2 meters (144MHz) with my TS-2000X and a 4410-7 element or equivalent .

They test good as checked against my Bench 4410.
