I am NOT responsible for item delivery or the lack of. Your phone number is suggested by all shippers but if you don't supply one I can't give it to the shipper.. I ship promptly but what the post office or other carrier does with it, is then out of my hands. Insurance is a good idea..... I will ONLY refund the amount I get from the insurance payment. INTERNATIONAL shipping is by your choice of USPS (EMI) , FedEx or UPS.

I will not use TNT or DHL. The paperwork takes over 1 hour to complete. I do not have that much time to spend on customs paperwork.
