INTERNATIONAL BUYERS please read.
NEW customs rules (Sept 2009) require a business to file
customs paperwork electronically at a cost of $10 per package, this cost is NOT
shown on any postage fee lists (USPS, UPS, or FEDEX) as it is not postage or
shipping it is a different fee. It also requires the same for personal
shipments needing a import/export license or valued at $2500 or more.
This is why you are seeing more and more US
sellers NOT shipping out of the US.
Paypal requires tracking (to show delivery)
and a signature at the time of delivery for all international shipments.
If you choose to pay with PAYPAL I must ship USPS EMI, FedEx, or UPS insured.
There is no choice with a paypal payment lowest cost for any country for 0-1
pound weight is $40+ and increases with extra weight.
If you want to use a lower cost shipping
service like USPS priority or USPS first class then you must pay via western
union or US$ in post. If you choose not to pay for insurance the risk is
yours. And I still must file the electronic customs paperwork.
Do NOT ask to have items
shipped as a gift or at a lower value for customs.... I will NOT lie or
lower item values for customs. Any emails requesting this will not be
answered and will be deleted. I will only show item value not the
cost of shipping, but full value WILL be shown on all forms and invoices.
The prices shown are for international money order, bank transfer
(you pay the fees), western union or cash. If you want to pay by
paypal you loose the 10% discount (+ 10% to the discounted price shown).
Also I must open paypal for international payments, so you must contact me first
with the correct amount of payment, this way there can be NO mistakes.
I do not accept credit cards for international payments.
FOR INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT WESTERN UNION IS THE BEST, FASTEST,
AND CHEAPEST WAY.
THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL BANK
TRANSFER FEES.
IF YOU REQUIRE BANK TRANSFER IT IS + 40,00$ = MY BANK'S FEE AND
USES ONLY ABBA NUMBERS NOT IBAN OR SWIFT. IF ALL THE INFO IS NOT
ENTERED AND USED THE TRANSFER WILL GO THROUGH A NEW YORK BANK AND THEY WILL TAKE
$25 IN ADDITION MINIMUM TO MY BANKS FEES (more for larger amounts). You
will be responsible for (have to pay) the extra fees.
I am NOT responsible for item delivery or
the lack of. Your phone number is suggested by all shippers but if you
don't supply one I can't give it to the shipper.. I ship promptly but what the post office or other carrier
does with it, is then out of my hands. Insurance is a good idea.....
I will ONLY refund the amount I get from the insurance payment. So if an
item is lost or damaged you MUST help.
Insurance claims will be paid what I receive... NO MORE NO LESS... I will do
everything I can to recover the full amount but am subject to the shippers
claims process.
If I don't get the insurance you do NOT get
a refund.
INTERNATIONAL shipping is by your
choice of USPS (EMI) , FedEx or UPS.
I will not use TNT or DHL. The paperwork takes over 1 hour to complete. I do not
have that much time to spend on customs paperwork.
I do NOT have a loading dock. Freight
shipping requires a lift gate and for large items a pallet hand truck.
I am zoned residential - often extended rural please inform your carrier of
these items to insure an accurate freight quote.
