I test every meter and element, for proper operation, before listing and selling it using my "standard" bench equipment.  This includes an TS-2000X, TOKYO HY-POWER HF amp, TOKYO HY-POWER 2 meter amp, 440MHz amp, 4410 and elements, 43 and elements.   I am NOT a "cal lab", items are checked for proper operation but NOT sold as guaranteed accurate or calibrated!!!!!

ALL METERS ARE CHECKED FOR ACCURACY with a 30ua current source and then RF at 144MHZ / 25 watts with my "Standard" 25C element or equivalent.

All  H elements are checked for for proper operation against my 4410 at 14MHz with up to 1000 Watts of RF.  Elements 50MHz to 150MHz up to 500 watts and 200 MHz - 1 GHZ, with up to 100 Watts are checked for accuracy against my 4410 at 144/440MHz.  1G-2G elements are checked on 1296MHz with up to 10 watts.  Any others items I can only check for operation.

I DO NOT EVER drill holes in elements to "calibrate" them.  Damaged elements can RARELY be truly calibrated just adjusted to read ok at one frequency.  Any element with hole arrived in that condition and are generally listed in the blue area of the Bargain element page.

I will state "out of tolerance" for elements that do not meet standards.  Sick / out of tolerance elements are sold on a separate page they are NOT shown with good elements.  They will be listed in the Red area of the Bargain element page
