I test every meter and element, for proper operation, before listing and
selling it using my "standard" bench equipment. This includes an
TS-2000X,
TOKYO HY-POWER HF amp, TOKYO HY-POWER 2 meter amp, 440MHz amp, 4410 and
elements, 43 and elements. I am NOT
a "cal lab", items are checked for proper operation but
NOT sold as guaranteed accurate or
calibrated!!!!!
ALL METERS ARE CHECKED FOR ACCURACY on 144MHZ at 25 watts with my "Standard"
25C element or equivalent.
All elements H elements are checked for for proper operation
against my 4410 at 14MHz with up to 1000 Watts . Elements 50MHz to 150MHz up to 500 watts and 200
MHz - 1 GHZ, with up to 100 Watts are checked for accuracy against my 4410 at
144/440MHz. 1G-2G elements are checked on 1296MHz with up to 10 watts. Any others I can only check for operation NOT accuracy and
always NOT DOA.
I DO NOT EVER drill holes in elements
to
calibrate them.
I will send them to be repaired or state "out of tolerance" for elements that
do not meet standards.
I make every effort to show a photo of the item for sale.

Shipping is done mainly via Priority USPS Mail.
I have UPS, FedEx, and DHL accounts and use them when it saves money. If
you have a preferred carrier please let me know and I will quote for that
carrier. I can ship on your account if required but I charge a MINIMUM $10
packing fee, more for large items. I pack very well and ship super fast most

risk. Insurance claims will be paid what I receive... NO MORE NO LESS... I
will do everything I can to recover the full amount but am subject to the

Most meters ship in a custom box, insured, with
deliver confirmation for $20 East of the Mississippi and $25 West. Unless you order a hard case, then they are
shipped in that case or new shipped in the bird box inside another box.
I am NOT responsible for item delivery or
the lack of. I ship promptly but what the post office or other carrier
does with it, is then out of my hands. Insurance is a good idea.....
I will ONLY refund the amount I get from the insurance payment. So if an
item is lost or damaged you MUST help. If I don't get the insurance
you do NOT get a refund.
