With the exception of the NOT DOA I provide no warranty. ANY Defective items will be replaced, repaired or refunded at the judgment of NM3E.com ,LLC . Working items will not be exchanged or refunded. You MUST notify me within 48 hours of receiving the item of a problem.

The DOA warranty is to the original buyer only. If you are a reseller - you void the 48 hour DOA by shipping to a third party. (((You nor I know what they did with the item)))

Every item is tested and or checked. I have no way of testing / checking for use or interaction with your existing equipment. I am not responsible for any damage to equipment purchased here or subsequent damage to other equipment due to use with any items purchased here.
